His clients include top international names in oil and gas, financial services, pharmaceuticals, high technology sectors and range from F10 to successful start-ups and not-for-profit organizations. He works with senior executive teams to create meaningful, actionable strategies that succeed by creating rigor and alignment around deliverables with insights into the dynamics of collaboration and conflict that enable teams to unlock potential and reach higher levels of performance that can also be sustained. He has also developed a highly successful professional career transition model (InvertedTriangle^TM development model) for leaders.

Born in Montreal Canada, Scott is also a Swiss national. He has an MBA from IMD (Lausanne), an MA in Organization Behavior from The Tavistock Institute in London UK, board certification in governance from Harvard, and has multiple international certifications in professional behavioral consulting and coaching.
